I started Tiger fitness just under 2 years ago (2019) I did the same as everyone else new year new me resolution as I wanted to lose that extra weight and to actually tone up my stomach.

I started with one class a week and built up to eventually doing 2/3 classes a night.

The team that is in the Suite are second to none, we challenge each others boundaries.

Rich will spend time with you to understand what you want to achieve, he will help set targets, set training sessions for when you use the Suite privately.

The suite in general has improved my fitness as I was always the last person to finish any running exercise, now i am in the top half.
I started on small weights now i am progressing through to bigger and heavier weights.

Tiger Fitness is family, I'm proud to be a part of it.


I started training with Tiger at the end of summer 2020, just out of lockdown. After 10 yrs of inactivity, joining (then not training in) gyms, knew I needed to find something different in order to kick-start a healthier lifestyle.

Richards enthusiasm for training is infectious. He identifies ways to motivate you and manages to tailor that motivation to the individual whilst creating a team atmosphere in his classes.

Always looking to develop his members and progress their fitness by working with other local groups, Richard introduced me to Boudica Backdraft to add a different dimension to my training. This has certainly re ignited my competitive spirit and along with Tigers regular monthly challenges I'm looking forward to competing in a few competitions in 2022!

I've managed to drop body fat while gaining muscle and become the fittest I've been in a long time!
